Mariusz Jotejko - Personal Trainer
At 40 years old, I bring over decde of experience of strength training and a deep passion for fitness to my role as a Personal Trainer.
My philosophy is simple: focus on what works, do it correctly, and make it count. I believe in stripping away the unnecessary and honing in on the essential techniques that bring real, lasting results. My mission is to empower my clients to achieve their goals with clarity, confidence, and a straightforward approach that delivers results they deserve.
As a certified Fitness Instructor (Level 2) and Personal Trainer (Level 3) but most importantly as a lifter myslef I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to each client I work with.
My background is rooted in athleticism and discipline. As a youth, I was an athlete, honing my skills and building a foundation of strength and endurance. Later, I served in the army, where I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and mental toughness. These experiences shaped my approach to fitness, emphasizing the power of simplicity and precision.
Now, I’m passionate about guiding others on their fitness journeys. With my extensive knowledge and practical experience, I design personalized training programs that are simple yet highly effective. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel more confident in your own skin, I can help you reach your goals.

In addition to my fitness instructor and personal trainer certifications, I hold a qualification in Diagnostics and Repair of Weak Links in Strength Training (Level 1) and am a certified Boxercise Instructor. These additional certifications enable me to offer a diverse range of training options and address specific weaknesses or imbalances in my clients' fitness routines.
